You held me in your loving arms
You protected me from any harm
You loved me with all your heart
You nurtured me right from the start
You helped me walk and watched me fall
You held my hand when I was small
You gave me life and motherly love
You taught me about the lord above
You were always there when I was hurt
you kissed my boo-boo and washed away the dirt
you were my nurse when I was sick
your my guardian angel that God picked
You were always deep within my heart
though we were at times so very far apart
You should understand I loved you all those years
You know that we both had shed many tears
You are the best Mother that love can bring
Your my mother and friend your my everything
I Love you Mother and all you have done for me
All I can do in return Is give you love eternally
I wanted to write this so that you will know
How much you mean too me and I love you so
If tomorrow ever comes to an end
I will know that you and I have been the best of friends
