I gave this country my special sons
You taught them to fight and geared them with guns
One has returned from his tour of duty
He now appreciates this land of beauty
Now it is time for another son to leave
I gave you another fine man I believe!
He’s going to Bosnia real soon
Leaving with him friends in his platoon
I will trust in God and he'll be returned
My son will help protect us from what he has learned
knowing that his efforts will help this countries request
I know that he will do his patriot best!
They are proud to have enlisted for you and me
They both served in the army
I will not forget you sons you have made me proud
You are both very special I shout this out loud!!!
