Green Martians have landed across the street
Strange creatures from mars covered in green
Some reaching out pleading not looking mean
I walked across the street with wants to meet
They brought out beauty inside gone astray
Put on glasses catching a different look
There stood seven St. Patrick’s I mistook
Giving kind words “Happy St. Patrick’s Day”
